Meet Gaby, our CEO!
Known as “the sweetheart” by clients and as the “dedicated mother” by her family, Gaby is a true obsessive cleaner everywhere she goes.
In 1992 she created what was originally known as Gaby’s Cleaning Services after nannying and working with cleaning companies for years and realizing that houses could be cared for better.
Today, Luminous Home Cleaning is a family-run business supported by her daughter, Idania, who grew up helping her mom clean homes and learning the value of work. What began as one woman’s love for making people’s houses feel like a home has grown into a company that not only helped Gaby support her own family, but has also created opportunities for other women to provide for theirs through stable employment and mentorship.
Gaby has taught the employees of Luminous Home Cleaning the value of respect and giving it your all no matter what you do and as a result, clients have stayed around for more than 20 years.
