We use a variety of cleaning supplies and products that help disinfect your home and leave it as clean as possible. We can also use green products upon request. If you have specific products
you would like us to use, we are happy to use products you have purchased.

Let us know upon our first consultation on the phone / email and we can accommodate the price. Our prices are based on the size of your home and the amount of time it will take us to clean your home. If you would like for only a certain part to be cleaned, we can be accessible.
While other cleaning companies do not allow this adjustment, Luminous Home Cleaning does with the goal of attending your specific needs.

If we arrive at a home that is dirtier than expected, we will charge an additional heavy duty fee. Our prices are based on the amount of time it will take us to clean your home and if we see that it will take longer than expected due to dirtiness, we will provide two options.

1. You can accept the additional fee with extended hours and receive the professional deep cleaning service that will remove all built up dirt and leave your home looking brand new and feeling fresh and clean.

2. Maintain the same price as originally agreed and communicate what parts of the house are a priority for you in order for us to clean what we can in the time allotted. This means that we will not be able to clean the entire home as originally planned due to the additional dirtiness and the extended amount of time it will take us to clean certain parts of your home.

While we will always try to have the same cleaners go to your home in order to maintain trust, we cannot promise this due to the possibility of a cleaner being off from work for personal reasons. As long as the cleaner is able to go to work, we will always maintain the same personnel for your home.

It is not necessary. Let us know if you will not be home beforehand and we will get in contact with you to talk about the best way to enter your home. We will make sure to let you know once we have arrived and when we leave. Don’t worry, you can trust us. Your home is safe with us.
